Patient Record Wallets

Patient's record wallets as illustrated are produced from anti-static semi-rigid PVC material. The front flap is 15mm lower than the back flap. The back flap may be embossed with locating bars to position Wardray Premise Colocode labels.
Standard sizes are listed below but as all wallets will be manufactured to special order the style and size can be varied.

Available in packs of 5,000 or 10,000.
